(Note: If appropriate, I make the music box tune unrecognizable. It is not a defect, but rather an indication of some aberrant situation or state of affairs, things being “out of order”).

Footnote: TIMEKEEPER/MEMENTO MORI These “Clocks” do not keep time. They are not even clocks, but objects. Not a Horror story or Halloween décor, even though there is no law that prevents anyone from using them that way. In Latin “Memento Mori” means “Remember that you will die – that you are mortal”. This is not meant to bring despair into our lives at all – and in this particular case the “clocks” won’t be running 24 hours - they are wound just a little to run for a brief moment, to remind us and perhaps our friends that death is part of life, that we are not here forever, are not the ones to decide life’s duration, and therefore should act accordingly in our pursuits and aspirations.
